FRESH AORAKI SALMON EVERY THURSDAY!

My very favourite food is FRESH salmon, and I really lay the emphasis on the word 'fresh', because as we all know fish simply tastes better fresh, we receive our salmon in every Thursday, delivered to us overnight, it doesn't get much fresher than that! And then there are some other reasons why Aoraki salmon tastes soo good! Aoraki salmon is grown in the constantly flowing, crystal clear, icy cold glacier waters. This natural, spacious and pristine environment helps produce the best fresh water salmon available, with minimal fat content and maximised muscularity. In other words these salmon are not caged or force fed and have to move around to maintain their place, meaning that this is a fit and healthy salmon, low in fat and high in omega-3.
