The cooked must of Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes aged for 4 year in oak barrels. Use as a condiment over roasted meats, salads, vegetables, soups and even desserts giving them a delicious tang. It blends nicely with bacon and potatoes for an original potato salad. It gives zest to many desserts, to vanilla ice cream, fresh peaches or pears.
