You will need:
150ml Full Cream
50ml Milk
2 Dariole Moulds
Fresh As Freeze Dried Fruit of your choice to garnish! We recommend Fresh As Lychee
1. Combine milk and cream in a saucepan. Heat to lukewarm (around 40C), not hot. Remove from heat. Alternatively microwave for 40-50 seconds (or until lukewarm).
2. Gradually sprinkle contents over the cream mixture whilst gently whisking. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined.
3.Spray dariole moulds with oil. Wipe away excess oil with paper towel.
4. Divide the mixture evenly between the two moulds. Cover and refrigerate overnight (minimum of 8 hours)
