This specialty powder is perfect for recipes which call for the taste of honey, without the moisture. Chocolate making, dry cures, meringues, marshmallows, finishing powder, bruleé, panna cotta and confectionery are just a few great uses for this innovative new product.

Please note this product is very sensitive to its surroundings. It must be kept below 20 degrees celsius (in the fridge is best). It is hygroscopic, and will absorb moisture from the air, so always make sure the bag is fully sealed after use.

Contains honey and maltodextrin. Packaging is 100% home compostable.
